Rapper, singer, flautist and percussionist La Dame Blanche grew up in a strong musical family, as the daughter of Jesus ‘Aguaje’ Ramos, trombonist and Artistic Director of the Buena Vista Social Club. She moved to Paris to reinvent herself and La Dame Blanche was born; an explosive and unique mix of rumba, salsa, reggae, dancehall and hip-hop.
WORKSHOP
"Cuban Roots" | Yaite Ramos Rodriguez (AKA La Dame Blanche) will introduce you to Cuban musical culture. Talking about the bridges between African ancestral music and classical music, she will offer you to the basics of her own culture: traditional Afro drums, classical flute and spiritual dances. In other words; the ‘Cuban Mix’.
