Mentored by Shane Howard and Neil Murray, and inspired by his father and grandfather, who both performed with Yothu Yindi, Yirrmal is the Youngblood (the title of his debut EP) of the next generation. A singer-songwriter, musician and dancer, Yirrmal is setting an example of living in two worlds and bringing a powerful voice to songs of his Yolngu land and culture.
