French Tripis a workshop designed to introduce you to, and help you to enjoy, contemporary dance in a totally new way. For many years, France’s Pernette Company has invented playful forms for many different audiences, such as professional and non-professional dancers, adults and children. The idea is to participate in a truly joyful contemporary dance. The workshop will take the shape of a bal, using typical French music from the 20th Century. The audience is invited, after a collective warm-up, to learn a new danse de salon (ballroom dance), invented especially for the moment!
