The flags at WOMADelaide are produced by Angus Watt, an artist fascinated by the interplay between light, colour and movement offered by simple fabrics since he began his work in the early 1990’s. For each WOMADelaide Angus produces a unique range of flags for display across the festival site in his studio in Spain, which have flown at WOMADelaide since the first festival in 1992, and his work is exhibited worldwide.
