For whatever reason, Thursday has always seemed like a good night for theatre. Our first year collaborating with the Art Gallery of South Australia brought the spectacular AES+F work "Allegoria Sacra" to the WOMADelaide 2017 program. Bastille Day | Adelaide Central Market
The French know a thing or two about eating. Head to the Central Markets on Friday for a celebration of French culture where you'll find free tastings, music, cooking demonstrations, live performances, a champagne bar, kids activities and screening of the Tour De France. The Botanic Gardens School Holiday Program runs 10 - 20 July and is stacked with activities designed to promote fun and hands-on learning about plants, people and the environment. Timberwolf "Hold You Up" Tour | Jive
One of Adelaide's most promising musical exports who graced the WOMAD stages in 2015, Timberwolf is currently touring Australia in support of his latest single "Hold You Up". Future Sounds VII | Crown and Sceptre
Another highlight of this year's Umbrella program is Futuresounds VII – Adelaide’s Electronic Music Festival, an event celebrating the vibrant and diverse electronic music scene in Adelaide. Now in it's 3rd year in Adelaide, the Reclink Community Cup is a charity football match pitting the Rockatoos (musicians) against the Adelaide Anchors (media) to celebrate our dynamic music and community broadcasting sectors AND raise funds for Reclink Australia who provide sporting and art opportunities for disadvantaged Australians. Bunna Lawrie's Coloured Stone | The Gov
