DANCE WORKSHOP
This movement workshop is presented by Indonesian choreographer Eko Supriyanto and his Cry Jailolo dancers. Participants will be introduced to the movement vocabularies of the Legu Salai and Soya Soya from West Halmahera, North Maluku. Exploring the relationship to verticality, Supriyanto guides participants through a series of techniques and formations related to his studies of the underwater world and the movement vocabulary of Cry Jailolo.
