Celebrating their 35th anniversary, the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Choir links generations from across communities in the APY Lands in South Australia’s western desert. Singing a capella in the Pitjantjatjara language, the choir performs regularly at special events, bringing together the original members of the Ernabella Choir that formed in the 1940s with the children of choir members and children from Ernabella Mission School.
