TASTE THE WORLD RESTAURANT @ SANCTUARY
Two of Adelaide’s favourite chefs will join forces to create a culinary adventure of fine food amidst the stunning views into Adelaide Zoo and Botanic Park. A collaboration between Soi.38’s Terry Intarakhamhaeng and Blanco Horner’s Executive Chef Jack Bird, diners will be able to explore the fresh and vibrant flavours of Thailand and beyond throughout this exclusive three-course banquet.
Located in the spectacular Sanctuary Adelaide Zoo, the restaurant will give patrons a chance to relax and indulge as they enjoy table service and restaurant-level comfort.
$65 per person. A curated selection of beers, wines, and cocktails will be available for purchase on the day.

- Miang kham - Prawn with caramelised palm sugar, toasted coconut, ginger, lemon, shallots and betel leaf
- Grilled flat bread served with
- Hummus, pomegranate, and mint
- Whipped ricotta, fermented honey

- Panaeng Beef - Coconut braised beef brisket panaeng curry, kaffir lime and apple eggplant.
- Served with steamed rice
- Sumac and tuom rubbed 12-hour roast lamb shoulder, smoked almond dressing served with green olive tabbouleh

- Khao-neaw Mamuang - Mango sticky rice: salted coconut sticky rice, mango and roasted sesame seed.
