2007 added a film screening and a pharmacy, held visual arts workshops at the Parks Arts & Function Complex, and started programming DJs to close each night of the festival in Speakers Corner. The Dell tiny stage was removed and Billy Cobham led the All-Star Jam.

Further highlights were Asha Bhosle alongside Kronos Quartet, Gotan Project made a tonne of new fans, the Waifs, Femi Kuti, Mariza and Salif Keita. Stan’s Café’s Of All the People in All the World and Quidams were similarly popular and curious additions to the festival lineup.
