dishes in a home kitchen atmosphere.
In 2007 it featured Yasmin Levy (Israel - Burekitas), San Lazaro (Australia - Vadas with Spicy Coconut Chutney), Lila Downs (Mexico - Mole), Guo Yue (China - Prawns and (Green Flower) Broccoli, Trout with Coriander), Celenod (New Caledonia - Bougna), Blue King Brown (Australia - Tortilla de Papa, Empanada de Papa, Tomato Queso). These recipes and more are available here.
