Ticket Terms & Conditions

Before proceeding with your booking it is recommended that you read the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. These conditions are the basis upon which bookings are accepted. If you do not agree with the following Terms and Conditions of Sale then please do not proceed with your booking.

A contract will be made between WOMADelaide and yourself upon confirmation of your booking.

Bookings are confirmed when full payment is received. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to your nominated e-mail address.

These terms may vary at discretion, and will be effective upon using or visiting the Web Site. You must agree to them, and any current variations to them, each time you make a purchase. Welcome to the WOMADelaide online Shop. This website offers you the ability to purchase WOMADelaide merchandise items.

Placing an Order

An order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order is placed. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been received and authorised.

Payment and Currency

We accept MasterCard and Visa.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST. All totals will be billed in Australian Dollars. International customers will be charged the equivalent of this rate in their respective currencies at the time the bank processes the transaction.

Delivery Information

General merchandise items available from this website are dispatched from Adelaide, Australia. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery within Australia.

International Delivery

International orders please contact us merch@womadelaide.com.au for delivery costs. Allow 14-21 working days delivery overseas, depending on the destination.

Please note we are not responsible for 3rd party delays, such as freight company delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods and a country's customs (export/import) clearance requirements. We are also not responsible for any customs charges or other additional fees associated with the delivery of your order.

Fees and Additional Costs

Please note the prices advertised are exclusive of fees and charges.

Refunds & Exchanges

WOMADelaide will not cancel or refund if you change your mind. Once confirmed, merchandise cannot be cancelled, or refunded unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

If we are able to exchange an item for a different size or an alternative item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship your exchanged item. Only unworn and unwashed items can be exchanged.

Please contact us before sending anything back. State your problem or request clearly and quote your order number for reference.

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs. However, an item that is damaged after it has been worn or washed will not be replaced. With this in mind, we request that all customers pay close attention to the washing instructions.


Only apply if the ordered item is out of stock, the shipment is lost, or the goods have been damaged.

If the product you have ordered is unable to be supplied and an alternative product is not suitable, a full refund will be given.
