WOMADelaide runs from Friday 6 - Monday 9 March 2015.

Tickets purchased online from Monday 2 March will be available for collection at the festival box-offices. Please note that ticket prices will be higher if purchased at the gates (up to $20 higher).

Wristbands

The wristband is your access to the festival. Every wristband is uniquely identified by a barcode, linking the pre-purchased pass back to the purchaser. Passes are non-transferable: You cannot share your multiday pass. On entry to the festival you will be fitted with your wristband corresponding with your ticket type. You must leave your wristband on for the duration of its validity. Once the wristband is removed it becomes void.


Refunds

Please choose carefully. WOMADelaide does not refund tickets. Refunds are sometimes offered in extenuating circumstances and in accordance with the applicable Live Performance Australia code of practice for Event Ticketing www.liveperformance.com.au. WOMADelaide is an all-weather event. No refunds will be made if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.


Carers

Carers are admitted free upon presentation of their Companion Card when accompanying a ticketed disabled patron.


Concession Information

The following entitle you to a concession priced ticket: full time student, Australian Pension Card holder, Centrelink Health Care Card holder and YHA member. Please note that you must bring your relevant proof of concession as you may be asked to provide this at the gates. A Seniors card does not entitle you to a Concession ticket.

 
Youth Pass

For youths aged between 13-17 years of age. Pass holders must be 13-17 years old at the time of the festival proof of age may be required to gain entry.

 
Kids

Children aged 12 years and under are FREE to attend when accompanied by a paying adult. Pass holders must be 12 or under at the time of the festival.Children must enter with a responsible adult, unaccompanied children will not gain access.


Group Bookings

Group Bookings close Friday 13th February.

Fees and Charges

The ticket prices advertised are exclusive of fees and charges. When paying by credit card a bank merchant service fee is calculated at 1.5% of the total amount. We accept payment via VISA and MasterCard (not AMEX or Diners). There is also a postage fee $3.00 for standard postage or $6.60 for express postage.
