Receiving your Wristicket

By Post

  • If you purchase by phone, fax, post or online your wrisTICKET will be posted to you by Express Post after 30 October 2007
  • Please allow 7 working days after 30 October, or your purchase date, for delivery. Please note that postage to interstate and overseas addresses will close on Friday 29 February. Adelaide address will continue till to be mailed via Express Post until COB Monday 3 March.
  • Please advise when you book if you are traveling from interstate or overseas and will be away from your stated address from 29 February and require your wrisTICKET to be held at the gate rather than posted.

Collecting your wrisTICKET at the Gate

  • wrisTICKET purchased by phone, fax, post or online after 3 March will be available for collection from Hackney Road from 9:00am on Friday 7 March OR the Frome Road or Hackney Road entrance from 4:30pm on Friday 7 March
  • Make sure you bring your valid photo ID e.g. Drivers License or the credit card you used for the purchase

Lost Wristickets

  • Every wrisTICKET is identified by a unique bar code when purchasing pre-event the wrisTICKET is allocated to the purchaser in case of loss. If you need to replace a lost ticket please call 1300 30 40 72. All wrisTICKETs will be scanned when you enter and exit the gates.
  • There will be no refunds given for lost wrisTICKETs

Gate Sales

  • We encourage your to buy your wrisTICKET in advance as it cannot be guaranteed that the event will not sell out.

Refunds/Exchanges

  • There are no refunds or exchanges.

Conditions of Entry

  • The Event Manager reserves the right to demand poof of eligibility for concession ticket purchase.
  • You MUST attach your wrisTICKET Prior to entering the venue.
  • Tickets (wrisTICKET) are not transferable within any single session or day and must be presented on demand
  • Your wrisTICKET must be worn to gain re-entry to the venue during any single session or day
  • Any wrisTICKETs that are damaged or removed are VOID
  • No alcohol, glass containers, high set chairs (only low beach chairs*) fundraising, animals (except guide dogs), long lens cameras, audio recording equipment, non-biodegradable rubbish (no plastic bags, hard plastic, metallic wrappers etc) - can be brought into the venue and the Event Manager reserves the right to inspect bags and containers.
  • No busking/performing without prior permission from the Event Manager
  • No flyering/pamphletting.
  • The recording or photography of any live performance by any artists on any stage with any device is strictly prohibited without permission and authorisation in advance from the Event Manager. Anyone seen recording a performance will have equipment confiscated.
  • WOMADelaide retains on behalf of the artists the exclusive copyrights for all photographs and recordings made on the site.
  • No person shall interfere with plants, water fixtures, or any other installation within the venue.
  • The Event Manager takes no responsibility for lost property.
  • We play rain or shine.
