Salvatore Pepe Australia Born in Calabria, Southern Italy, Salvatore Pepe’s passion for food began as a child enjoying dishes typical to rural Italian life. Moving to Australia in his twenties, initially working in Sydney with respected Neapolitan chef Armando Percuoco, he later moved to Adelaide; finally setting up his signature restaurant Cibo which led to many coffee shops in and around Adelaide.
