| The Colors of Invention
are Gilles Apap’s band. Violinist Gilles Apap will perform with the
Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, and in a separate performance we see him with
The Colors of Invention, whose style is a mixture of gypsy, swing and classical.,
or ‘classical with a twist’. The band, who have only been together
for a short time, are Mimi Lafar (accordion) and Philippe Noharet (bass). |
