With wisdom derived from the full gamut of life's experiences, Uncle Jack Charles is an award-winning actor, Aboriginal elder, musician, potter and gifted performer. The 73 year-old has also tasted the bitterness of heroin addiction, homelessness and stints in prison. A member of the Stolen Generation, Jack has broken free of vicious negative influences to impart his knowledge of experience to others.
Uncle Jack will join his dear friend Archie Roach in a powerful Artist In Conversation session “Healing & Empowerment Through the Arts”, hosted by former broadcaster Namila Benson.
