Adelaide's newest Thinker in Residence has been named as London-based Martin Elbourne. He has been chosen to help revive Adelaide's live music scene and to establish a cluster where creative industries, such as music and the arts, can be located together.

Elbourne is a live music promoter from the UK and assisted in organising and promoting the first WOMAD in the UK with Peter Gabriel. His residency will be hosted by the Don Dunstan Foundation and he will work with musicians, venues, State and local Government as well as anyone else with an interest in reviving live music.
